This is a perfect reproduction of a valve that hasn't been available for years. This valve uses the standard OEM spring using the same pressure settings as designed from the manufacturer.
This valve has been reproduced before but using a O ring instead and I've used it but ran into issues with it. This is the only direct OEM replacement on the market.
We do not attempt to redesign something that was made a certain way for a reason. Because of the high volume of this unit that we rebuild we had to find a solution to this problem. We also offer rebuild services for all trim and tilt units, if your having issues getting yours to work properly we would gladly rebuild it for you.
