Easy to deal with, and nice quality product. The only thing I would suggest is calling in to figure out exactly what you need, the website is tricky to find the exact part you may need, I would suggest improving the website catalog with more information. The part I needed was not listed for my motor.

I have a 2007 115 yamaha 4stroke. Ended up with a small scar on the tilt shaft that was destroying seals. I didn't find it until I ran a cotton ball around it, couldn't feel it with my finger. I called 5 star, they pointed me in the direction of this part. Best price I could find anywhere too. Thank you guys, best service and parts for trim units I've found.
